- The responsible renter must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. Please book for the correct number of people in your group. - Under no circumstances can we have guest throwing wild parties. Our resort is constantly monitored and guest will be asked to leave with absolutely no refund. - No smoking or drug of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - Please do not disconnect or remove any electronic devices installed in the property. - Garbage must be in bag and inside the trash can. - Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

The cabin is located in Gatlinburg Falls Resort. The nicest (clean, convenient and great amenities) cabin resort in Gatlinburg. A truly relaxing place to getaway! The area offers great diversity of things to do and places to see from art, adventurous zip lining, hiking in the nature or to just relaxing on the deck we have it all.
Guest Access
You have complete access to the entire cabin. There is no need for a key and no need to check in at a resort common area. Arrive anytime after check-in time at 4pm. In addition to the cabin - you will also have access to the shared seasonal swimming pool (from Memorial Day till Labor Day) and fitness center.

The best way to get around is by personal vehicle. GATLINBURG: 2.5 Miles (Fascinating Christmas Light in town, A MUST to SEE) Pigeon Forge Parkway: 8 Miles (Fascinating Christmas Light in town, A MUST to GO) Dollywood: 10 Miles Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community: 2 Miles. A community of artists and artisans selling their wares where you can find everything from basket weaving, to painting and metal smithing. Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park & Ski Area: 3 Miles. Hop on the tram ride up from town center or drive all the way up through Ski Mountain Rd. It is an amusement park complete with indoor ice skating, wildlife encounter, Alpine Slide, water rides and more. Entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park: 3 Miles. Hikers! Please check out Hiking in the Smokys website. Keep in mind these are winding mountain roads. Many of the best attractions are spread out. The park is gorgeous but timely to navigate for first time flat-landers. There might not have cell service once you're in the park so be prepared with maps or screen shots. Clingman's Dome: 24 Miles. This will take 2-3 hours round trip. There are plenty of amazing hikes at Newfound Gap on the way up such as Andrews Bald and more hikes in the Clingman's Dome area. Although Clingman's Dome Observation Tower is open year-round, the road leading to it is closed from December 1 through March 31, and whenever weather conditions require.
