The spacious living room is furnished with two comfy darker leather sofas, an armchair and two single accent chairs. Gather around the 55" TV to watch your favorite shows, or curl up with a good book by the warm glow of the gas fireplace. If you’re in the mood for a movie, the home theater is furnished with a 70” flat-screen TV and 10 theater seats for a complete cinema-style experience. TV in all bedrooms and connected through Roku with access to news, Netflix (BYO), and tons of entertainment. USB outlet in the bedrooms, high-speed internet throughout (up to 400Mbps) and Xfinity Cable TV in the living room. Prepare favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay. Serve dinner in the adjoining dining area, where a brand-new dining table comfortably seats eight. Enjoy breakfast in the fresh mountain air - a door from the dining area leads to the balcony. This home sleeps up to 14 guests between four bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, working space, air hockey. This room has its own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with two bunkbeds, multicade, air hockey and has access to a deck with hot tub. This room has an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom that is fitted with a tub/shower combination and can also be accessed from the lower-level hallway. Fourth bedroom is a queen bed. This three-story cabin features balconies on all three levels from which you can enjoy stunning views of the Smoky Mountains. The main balcony is furnished with picnic table, a comfy patio seats, and gas grill. The lower-level balcony with direct access from the third bedroom features a hot tub. After a fun-filled day of outdoor adventures, grill burgers on the gas grill right on the main deck. Sip morning coffee in solitude while gliding the glider chairs off the upper level balcony. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. PARKING: Two full-size vehicles will fit in the private driveway in front of the cabin. Additional parking is located along the fence on either side of the driveway and at the catch and release pond at the entrance. We do not offer late checkout or early check-in. If by chance we can accommodate, there may be a $50 charge per hour per request. Pet is ONLY allowed with pre-approval and pet FEE of $95 per pet per stay. Traveling with a large group? Our resort is constantly monitored and guest will be asked to leave with absolutely no refund. - No smoking or drug of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - Please do not disconnect or remove any electronic devices installed in the property. - Garbage/ trash must be in bag and inside the trash can. - Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

Our cabin is located in Summit View, a cabin community located on a primary road just off the parkway (you will get the gate code upon confirmation), catch and release pond, paved to the cabin. Easy and quick access to all of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Wears Valley. 6 miles to the Pigeon Forge Parkway 7 miles to The Island 8 miles to Dollywood 12 miles to Gatlinburg Take the back roads and miss the traffic, both Sevierville and Gatlinburg are only 15 minutes away.
Guest Access
You have complete access to the entire cabin, catch and release pond near the front gate, overflow parking near the front gate. The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the gate code and door code the day before arrival. Arrive anytime after check-in time at 4pm. 4 wheel drive vehicles are required during the winter season due to snow the road can be slippery.
